Alessi Gianni Jar
I have a few of these that I use to store various things in my kitchen; coffee, sugar, rice etc. The price may be slightly higher than some kitchen jars, but then you can also buy jars that are a lot more expensive. The quality is great - I've got some of these jars that have been used several times a day for quite a few years and the seal is still as strong as new. They can also be easily cleaned in the dishwasher.I keep my Gianni jars in my kitchen cupboards so they aren't really used to make a statement as the only people that see them are my family, but they add a tiny element of fun to things I suppose. They look best when the jar is almost full so the little guy is standing on the top of the contents of the container.The price on Amazon is probably as good as you're likely to find, with delivery as efficient as usual.

I love these Alessi jars they are so practical and cheerful on the worktop or in the cupboard with the little guy screaming no no no no contents to leave the jar I'm trapped ha-ha. As I say I absolutely love them and have 5 or so all in different colours and sizes

I love this little storage jar! It is quirky and cute. It's very well made and the airtight lid is easy to use.

dry home like tea bags and sugar
Fabulous little jar for those things in the cupboard that need a permanent and safe, dry home like tea bags and sugar. This was the smallest of the Alessi 'Little Man' jars that I purchased ranging from 70cl to 140cl - I have put a mid sized shop canister of hot chocolate in it. It arrived in good time, very well packaged. The glass is thin but perfectly serviceable as long as you don't throw it around. Looks lovely with its other coloured brothers in the cupboard - friends have commented how nice and quirky they are - perfect!

Colour lighter than picture
I have a few of these Alessi jars and I love them, the colour of this one is far lighter than the picture, very light wishy washy colour, not at all vibrant like other Alessi jars.
