Problem connecting with battery…Solved
When first plugged our DeWalt battery in the charger it was not charging. We left it in for hours and not even warm. I then picked up the battery and flipped it over to look at it. When I returned the battery to the charger it felt kind of loose. So I pressed hard down on the battery and it slipped into place and immediately started charging according to the lights on the charger. It charged very fast and is working as expected.

Worked once
I returned this device quite quickly since it worked all of one time. The one time it successfully charged one of my batteries took more than 3 hours. The second one never charged at all and it was on the charger overnight. I guess there is a reason this charger was so much cheaper than most of the others available for this configuration. It doesn't work.
