Easy and awesome
I bought 7 of these, 3 night light versions, and 5 gimbal/eyeball lights. Fit was easy, more flush than the old cans, and they work with the dimmers I have. They dim lower than LED bulbs in the old fixture without flickering. The color temp selection is great to fine tune for my wife’s preference.1 of the 15 had a faulty color selection, only going from soft to full daylight.They are 1/4-1/2” smaller than the old cans, so I needed the “goof ring” to cover the gap. It’s still more flush than the old ones, especially the gimbal light.We’ll see over time if they are more durable than LED bulbs.

Great replacement for old school domes. If I knew these were so easy to install I’d have done it years ago.

Great lights but they can sag
I put these in our bathroom to replace existing can lights. The ability to change the color and brightness is easy to do pre installation. My only complaint is that the springs which hold the light arent the strongest so if your ceiling isnt perfectly level around the light fixture area the light has a tendency to droop. This leaves a slight gap between the fixture and ceiling. I could glue it up but that defeats the purpose of having pull down lights.

Good Lighting
I used this fixture to replace my old ugly eyeballs. It was easy to install and gives you a choice of lighting from daylight to warm.

Awesome!
Warm dimming is amazing and something Philips seems to be phasing out. This doesn’t require anything “smart”. It works with normal dinners and turns red as you dim.I’ve wasted a ton of effort and money on lighting since moving into a new house. These are pricy but so worth it. My others flicked from things like AC cutting on or off or even the washing machine sometimes. Plus they have built in options to have a brighter setting or select a normal color temp that stays the same when dimmed.
