I do drink some wine on occasion so I was eager to give this supplement a try.I’m currently taking the suggested dose of two tablets twice daily on an empty stomach. It does say in the product description section that the tablets are chewable however they don’t look chewable to me so I swallowed them while with a glass of water. The tablets aren’t too large making them easy for me to swallow. There is a slight smell when I remove the cap on this supplement but no taste that I can detect. There is an outer seal as well as one inside covering the opening for safety which I appreciate. The lot number as well as the expiration is boldly printed on the bottom of the container, May of 2026.I really have no way of telling if these tablets with other than to do bloodwork before and after I take these ( which I’m not going to do ). I’m hoping they do help detox my liver as they claim to do 👍.

If you want milk thistle, which is used to support the gallbladder, this may not be for you.I take a lot of vitamins and find them all a little hard to swallow. These are really big for someone who has trouble swallowing pills, but they have a shape that makes them easy to cut in half in a a pill cutter or with a knife. They have an unusual aroma in the bottle, but don't have a bad after taste or effect.There isn't any way I can know if they are working without doing before and after blood tests, but this seems to be a traditional way for many to aid in keeping a liver healthy. Just remember that these have only a small amount of milk thistle.
