Only just received it, so I cannot comment just yet on performance, but it came earlier than expected. I've had these before and find them excellent for repelling bigger spiders. We still get smaller ones, (hopefully they suffer headaches from the ultrasonic sound) but the bigger ones that we used to be plagued with seem to have got the message and stay out. Mice too keep away, so all in all they are an excellent product.

bought two, one is giving off a vibrator type noise, very slight,but one is going in loft, so the little mouses will have an extra noise !!..other one is silent running...all the lights working etc .Easy to set up.had this type before so assume it will be ok... The one I have had for four years is still plodding along, and it seemed to clear the loft area.

What a waste of money tried it on its own ,and then with a mouse trap ,the mouse trap work3d product now in charity shop

Two units out of 3 ordered have been returned as a result of a mains electric humming noise when switched on which is annoyingly audible. I like the fact you can turn the night light off, too many of these units do not give you this option.

So far no affect !!

Arrived on time and I am really pleased with the product - the quality of the unit looks more robust and durable to a previous one I purchased, seems to be doing the job perfectly so far and I am going to purchase a second one for upstairs as it's an excellent product. Would highly recommend.

I have tried a range of plug in pest repellents. All of which have left me pulling my hair out! I tried this product after reading the reviews and I must say ‘so far so good!’ I have been using this product for a week now. I used to hear the mice scurrying around in the celing and walls. Now nothing! I have x2 devices, 1 upstairs and 1 downstairs. It has given me great piece of mind. It is well worth the money. Does what it says it does!
