Brand new wrapped/packed factory seal, very good premium quality, easy to install. Fully satisfied with the purchase. Soft close toilet seat and cover as mentioned in the description, but why dropped the price? after I bought it at 59.33 + 10.00 Shipping, now 55.72.

Its plastic but not a cheap one. Its good quality strong plastic.. It gives an expensive look to my toilet. its easy to install it yourself without the help of professionals. ALL TOGETHER I'M HAPPY WITH THE PRODUCT. Its a soft close toilet as mentioned in the description.
