365 by Whole Foods Market, Arnica Gel, 2.6 Ounce

I was having issues with "raised red spots" on my forearms. This would happen just scrapping my 69 year-old forearms on a door frame or working in the garden. I saw my dermatologist and she recommended the Arnica Gel. It works! I use it several times during the day on my ugly bruising. It doesn't work overnight but within 3 days I can really see the difference in the discoloration. It also helps with stiffness in my hands.

Goes on easily and smoothly, no sting or greasiness. Some instant pain relief and more relief to come! Can be used on several parts that hurt! Only caution is not to put heat on it after using. Keep some in car, suitcase, and home!Reasonably priced as well.

I'm not sure if this works or not the same way I'm sure this comment won't help anybody (lol) but I just haven't been able to see any effects in my body.

I bought this for my father who has been going through chemotherapy treatments thus many needles stuck in his arms thus much bruising. He said this product has been working very well!

Supposed to be good for bruising. Not so sure if it really helps.

This product is AMAZING! I bought it for my boys (6 & 7). It goes on bruises and you notice a huge different by the next morning. I also sent some to my grandmother. She fell and has been having shoulder pain, this made a huge difference. It is now a mandatory first aid kit item in our house.

I like the fact that there is no odor and I can use it during the day. This gel really works for pain.
