Great performance and battery life.
From the moment I started using it, I could tell it was built for both performance and convenience. The scooter is incredibly easy to assemble and set up. The design is sleek, lightweight, and sturdy, making it perfect for commuting or leisurely rides.Functionality is top-notch. The throttle is smooth, and acceleration is quick yet controlled, providing a fun and comfortable ride. The suspension absorbs bumps well, ensuring a smooth journey even on rougher terrain. It also features a responsive braking system for added safety. One of the standout features is the impressive battery life. I get a solid range of around 18-20 miles on a single charge, making it perfect for daily use. Charging is also fast, and the battery holds up over time without significant degradation. Overall, this electric scooter delivers excellent value for the price and is a game-changer for urban transportation!

Very fantastic and easy to use!
I have had several electric scooters in the past, but the Gortrax electric scooter surprised me and satisfied me the most. It is perfect for both small and long distances, and I ride it daily to work, thus cutting the time I would take walking for the same distance from 50 minutes to 20 minutes. The Gortax scooter is unique in many ways. Still, one of the most noticeable features that makes it outstanding is its compact size and weight, which makes it easy to carry around, especially when using it for long distances. The design is also very foldable, making it easy to set up and store and even more helpful. Regarding other brands I have used, it is easy to see that Gortax ranks among the best in producing scooters. That is why when I just got it, I could see that it was built with high-quality materials, and this was very surprising given that it was relatively cheap. The Gortax scooter also has a digital electric code lock, making it easier to lock the scooter without carrying a lock. To date, the Gortax scooter has never failed me. This scooter was a fantastic purchase, and I strongly encourage anyone searching for a great ride to get one.

Amazing!!!
I’ve been using the Gotrax Electric Scooter for quite some time now, and I can confidently say it’s one of the best investments I’ve made. This scooter is built with top-notch quality and packed with features that make it ideal for both commuting and recreational use.The 10-inch pneumatic tires provide an incredibly smooth and stable ride, even on uneven or slightly bumpy surfaces. The powerful motor ensures a maximum speed of 20 mph, and the impressive range of 18-38 miles means I don’t have to worry about frequent charging during my daily rides. Whether I’m heading to work, running errands, or just enjoying a ride around the city, this scooter is a reliable companion. The aluminum body feels robust and durable without being too heavy. I appreciate the bright headlight and taillight, which make riding at night much safer. The large LED display is clear and easy to read, showing essential information like speed and battery life at a glance. Features like cruise control add to the convenience, making long rides even more comfortable. Its foldable design is a game-changer—it’s quick to fold, lightweight enough to carry, and easy to store in tight spaces like an office or car trunk. I also love how smooth the acceleration and braking are, providing a safe and enjoyable experience every time.Overall, the Gotrax Electric Scooter offers unbeatable value for its price. It’s stylish, reliable, and loaded with features. I highly recommend it to anyone seeking an efficient and fun way to get around.

It's great on flat surfaces, and handles bumps well.
Final edit 11/12/24: I've replaced the scooter. I finally stopped having issues with the tires when I added Slime tire sealant to the tires. But then after I got to 500 miles on the scooter it started to struggle getting up hills. The speed would drop to 7-9 mph and then once I reached the top of the hill the scooter would shut off. Then the rear fender broke down where it mounts to the scooter frame. This is a big issue because the rear fender is where the hook is that the handle bars attach when you fold the scooter to carry it. I requested a new fender from the Gotrax person who'd been emailing me and offered to pay for it, but he sent me one for free. It was the wrong one. Since I hadn't sent the original scooter back yet, I took the fender off of that. I emailed Gotrax about the wrong fender being sent with photos of what i should have received vs what i did receive. I eventually heard back from him that it was a mistake at the warehouse and a new one would be sent. I finally received that one and it was still the wrong one. By this point I had seen that Segway had a new scooter being released and ordered that. I am finally happy to not have to worry about this scooter anymore. Now I just need to sell it.Edit 08/26/24: After speaking with another individual with Gotrax, they sent me a replacement scooter. Though I did have a bad experience with the previous person from GoTrax, the first person I spoke with and the newer person, Justin, have made my view of their customer support better. Its still the same model but the only difference is it has tubeless pneumatic tires so there is no more worrying about the inner tube puncturing. After over 2 weeks of riding the new scooter at least 12 miles a day, I haven't had any issues. The tubeless tires seem more bouncy where the ones with tubes were bumpy. The new scooter also doesn't have the height adjustment for the handlebar stock, which makes carrying it easier. I haven't gotten the E9 error with this one that I got on the original scooter, and the speed does drop down to 8-9 MPH while going up hill. From what I've seen from other scooters, and with my weight, this isn't bad for a single motor scooter.Edit: I haven't even had this scooter for 6 weeks yet and both the front and rear tire have gone flat on separate occasions. The descriptions says these have anti-puncture tires, but experience says otherwise. There has never been any sign of damage or puncture, but the inner tube just decides it's done holding air and gives up. I've tried using a bike pump and compressor to fill the front tire up (this was before I realized these are pneumatic tires that still have inner tubes) and the air escapes instantly. GoTrax customer service is inconsistant and unhelpful. The first time my experience was great. They sent me a whole new front wheel. Rim, tire, inner tube, all preassembled and filled with air. All I had to do was swap it out with the flat one. This second time, I'm told wheels and tires are not covered under warranty. They wanted me to send a video, but didn't specify what they wanted the video of. The scooter frequently fails and shuts down giving an E9 code, but no where on their website and list of codes does it say what the E9 code for the model of scooter I have is.I've had the Eclipse Ultra scooter for just over a week now. I use it primarily to commute between home and work which is just under 6 miles. I can make the round trip without having to charge the battery. The only issue it seems to have is going uphill. The scooter will slow down sometimes as slow as 8 MPH with half the battery still remaining. I have tried it with taking the charger to work and charging the battery to full and the same thing still happens. But after I reach the flat again and brake, I get an error code. I do not know the grade of the incline. The users manual is also not very clear on how to turn off the passcode feature. I would also like it more if there was a way to turn off the ambient light underneath the foot-board. I am almost 6'0. I can ride comfortably with the handlebars extended to the full height, but then when folding the handle bars down, I have to shorten the length of the handle bars. The location of the ring on the handlebars, which hooks onto the rear fender also is a slight inconvenience. Because of it's positioning, the handlebar neck does not run down the center of the board, but off to the side which makes carrying it slightly awkward. I may update this as I continue to use it.
