Worth every penny.
I am so impressed with this little machine. I have a large Everlast that does ac/dc mig tig and stick. It's sometimes can be a pain to use because I have it tucked away in the garage. I wanted something little I can grab to do quick small projects. This thing is so compact. I think it could fit in a shoebox. It has a nice smooth arc while flux cord welding. So much better than my old harbor freight flux cord welder. I have only tried welding with the flux cord so far. It came with a stick torch to. I'm not sure how you would do gas mig or tig with this machine because I see no means to hook gas up. Also, the display is not very intuitive. There is not much adjustment you can make on it. It seems like you can only change the current and the wire size. With all that being said, for $100 you cannot go wrong.

Great first time welder for beginners
Great first time welder for beginners only down side is using AC 120v will result in drop off of power for a half second. This was with stick and flux core..

Really light
I really like the welder but was wondering why I didn't get the tig parts

a decent welder that is heavily faulted by presentation/packaging
update: I wanted to add a short version for people who don't want to read.Good : light weight.smart fan -it will turn off when your just idling about and come on when it gets hotruns well on 110vmenu is fairly intuitivethere isnt a lot of switches or anything to flip to switch between processes.very light compared to a transformer welder.bad:The double pulse feature requires a lot of setting up and it is completely by the seat of the pants. Granted machines that do it for you cost thousands of dollars and I think the Everlast machines are no different . Double pulse is already a pretty finicky process so I cant really give them too much flack considering the price is less than any machine I could find.If you intend to use the spool gun there are no synergy or pulse settings for it.Here is the one that bothers me and is probably a deal breaker for a few people. There is no .06 wire setting . There is a very similar welder on ebay coming out of poland called a spartus easy mig 215. If you look at it they look almost identical including the menu. They have .06 so I think andelli could have put it in there but they simply chose not to.The consumable they provided are ample....but they are all 1.0 wire. No other sizes but you get tons of them. I think most people will stick with smaller sizes and using the wrong size gives you inconsistent results. No saved settings. If you found a good setting better write it down. It will remember the last settings for each process but that isn't really that helpful. My feelings about this machine are mixed at this point. I have till mid october to decide if I want to keep this or wait for a machine where I feel I am not compromising. The decapower ultra 230 has my attention but it doesn't seem to be stateside yet. There is a german/china brand that packs a ton of features as well. Also not stateside yet. Granted both machines cost more. Honestly I can overlook everything except the lack of .06 settings. This is my day one experience with this welder. More to come in a few months as I get it figured out.I like this welder. It really packs a ton of features for the price of under 500 with discount. (can be had for 300-400 on Alibaba if you are willing to take the chance on shipping). I don't think I have seen anything in this price range with a full lcd display and double pulse mig.Ill dive into the initial experience of seeing the pack job . Mind you , I am in the parcel delivery industry. I know what is going to make it and what is lousy. This welder falls into the lousy category for packing. My box came from their holding warehouse in California (that they ship from if you buy on alibaba) to a FBA amazon warehouse all they way on the east coast ,and then it had to drive all the way back on a ups semi truck to the west coast. The box was falling apart from the multiple transits. They need to put all the accessories inside another box so they don't bounce around and escape like mine did. Also its 2023 use the soft shock absorbing foam .The hard foam was falling apart. I was surprised and lucky that the welder didn't take any direct hits.Do yourself a favor and get a pdf copy of the manual. It will make a lot more sense than the black and white reprint. They have sections that are highlighted but because it is in black and white you cant actually see what they are pointing at in the pictures. I don't understand how this didn't get caught and why there is no link to the pdf manual readily available to avert this issue. I ended up getting in contact with somebody on Alibaba and they sent me a pdf of the manual and now I could see the highlighted items it was talking about. The clear tubing they give you for your regulator is basically trash. I don't know what the logic process was but it doesn't fit the regulator I bought(also made in china). It is way too big. I ended up having to go to a craft brewing supply store and got some 1/4 id tubing that worked. Now to good part. For me at least. This welder is very intuitive . The screen is easy to read and pretty snappy. It does remember the last settings in each menu and it remembers the last process which it will load into after a being turned off. The synergic mode seems to be pretty good. You can adjust the voltage up and down 5 volts within synergic in case you know what you are doing or had a few beers ,inductance , post flow, wire size .There is probably more but I am still on day 1 of this. It doesn't have the select your metal size thing. Instead as you turn up or down the amps it will tell you what size of metal it will be able to handle. Having two separate whips for steel and aluminum is fantastic . The one meant for aluminum is already sleeved for your convenience just not cut to fit and here my primate brain somehow managed to cut the sleeve short. But alas the welder didn't have any issues with this . I managed to run 4043 wire without it bird nesting and just goofing around on some 1mm chunks of aluminum trying to figure out double pulse. This company could put a bit more elbow grease in to the initial experience and they could have themselves a hit.
