Men's Boat Shoe, Classic Look, Premium Genuine Leather, with Odor Control Technology, Size 8 to 13

I'm changing my rating to 2 stars. I actually wore my "boat shoes" on a boat and (surprise!) I got them wet. My feet got stained with the lather dye and it took 3 showers to get it mostly washed off. If you do not get them wet, they are serviceable, but do not wear them on boats, or in rain for that matter.I’m very pleased with this purchase. I have worn Sperry’s boat shoes for many years, but this time I decided to try something different. And I’m not disappointed. These shoes are well made, look good, and cost less.

Handsome, comfortable and well made, at a reasonable price. What more could you ask for? For years I used to purchase another popular brand of boat shoe. They were great. But something went awry.. Their quality went down as their prices went up. I was so fortunate to discover these Rugged Shark shoes which are even more comfortable and at a good price. And the quality of leather is infinitely better. I like these so much I purchased another pair in a different style. I love them too.

Although a good enough copy of Sperry Topsiders, it is not quite the same. Topsiders have been my go to casual shoe for about 50 years (when they only came in the reddish brown color, and when only New England preppies and boaters wore them). I wasn't paying attention when I ordered, and rather than return them I figured I'd give them a try.The leather on these seems a little thicker and heavier (not my preference, but may improve longevity).The sole seems similar, but I have not tried it on a wet boat deck.The insole, however, sticks to my feet when I take the shoes off (not really acceptable as these are boat shoes made to be worn without socks).Overall, I won't be ordering these again although others may feel differently.

Super comfortable classic boat shoes that fit perfectly. No scraping or itching when walking. The shoes hold my feet and provide comfortable protection all day. No odor producing issues either. Stylish design. Couldn't be happier with these shoes.

So I purchased these with some caution, thinking Sperry was the only boat shoe to buy, there are so many poor quality Sperry copies out there, Manufacture’s would acquire any shoe reverse engineer it, cheapen it, and sell it as top quality, I took a chance on getting these....well when I received these Rugged Shark boat shoes I was pleasantly surprised...quality is top notch, Leather is good, not your thin cheap leather, fit is good, comfort level good..I liked these so much I bought another pair, I would rate these equal to Sperry Topsiders...

Great shoe! I bought these for my husband who spends all day on his feet and is EXTREMELY picky about his shoes! He LOVES them. I’ve been buying him the same style of shoes for over 20 years and this is the first pair that he has ever said fit perfectly and are comfortable. Believe me, these are huge statements for him. I will definitely be buying these again...probably for the next 20 years!

First time purchase shoes online, always worry e size might not fit. Surprisingly it Fit well, good quality, good price... Strongly strongly recommend
