Here's the short story, bought the double pack of hs360s batteries first. One would charge the other one would not, it flashed all 4 bars for hours and nothing, tried different cords, adapters etc just would not charge. Talked with amazon support and they had me return it and get another one. The next one that showed up just as another person has reported was in the right box but was the wrong battery (looked like it was for the hs360e even had the usb charger cord which is funny since that particular battery doesn't have a port for the cord to plug into ) also talked to amazon support returned that battery for a refund. Once everything was sent in and refund was granted thought couldn't have bad luck 3 times in a row right? Wrong, ordered another hs360s and again it would not charge same ole thing 4 bars flashing for hours with no charge. Amazon support recommended trying a different brand that would fit the drone. I'm not sure what this all says for the quality control on these battery's but the outcome has been more then disappointing.

It’s a bit pricey, but one battery just doesn’t cut it.

I purchased the HS360. Charged it, paired it, set up the compass , all within 5 minutes and then took off. I loved it and wished I purchased more batteries so I could play more.After a couple of weeks I want bigger, better, faster. It was the perfect starting point!It was not a lot of money and worth every penny.

Received the wrong battery. Box was factory sealed and labeled as being for the 360S but was a different battery. First thing I noticed is it was a different color, gray instead of black that was included with the drone itself. Not a big deal as I know manufactures change moldings from time to time. Then I noticed there were no battery charge level led’s and no usb-c port on the battery, funny since it came with a cable. And the final thing, the contacts are in a totally different place. There is no way it would ever connect to the drone.I received this battery on 2.28.25 and due to life getting in the way was not able to open it till 4.20.25. Totally my fault. Since I waited so long I am not able to return it. $60.00 down the drain.

SAME EXACT EXPERIENCE as J.D. II who left a complete review with one star. I received mine on March 23, factory sealed box, clearly marked for 360S, even included a USB-C charger cable. Except the battery has no power indicator, no power button, and NO CHARGING PORT, and it is gray. I JUST realized this now, and of course missed the return window by 4 days. VERY DISAPPOINTED, clearly a manufacturer supply or packaging issue, but now I'm out $60!

Defective product, I put it to charge and it doesn't hold a charge

This Drone is ideal for beginners or someone looking to just have some fun once you get the concept of how to fly it’s not bad.The quality of Holy Stone isn’t bad for the price dosent feel or look like a cheap product.the negative for me is battery life it takes the battery 3-4 hours to get a full charge to enjoy roughly 15-20 minutes and that being generous invest in a second battery but not a bad product.
