To get the remote to work
Beautiful.. got it for my bedroom.. was abit tricky to figure out how to use the remote as the instructions are really basic and don’t explain.. when you turn the light on at the wall you have 5 seconds to press the signal emoji button once to pair it then the remote will work

Good quality
Makes a big difference to my rooms. Bought 2 and then when fitted I really liked them and bought another 2. Unfortunately the second 2 were missing the remote controls. I was going to return them but due to the cost of postage decided to keep them. . I would definitely recommend this product.

It attached well to the ceiling (by Sparky) and gives a beautiful daylight sparkle with its real glass crystals.

Lovely light unfortunately the remote not working have contacted supplier but no response but does change the colour from the switch if u switch on and off

Fantastic service from retailer
I really like these lights and ordered 2 of them, which arrived well packed with no broken parts. My electrician installed them in our lounge diner.However, NEITHER remotes worked.In fairness I have now contacted the seller to explain the problem and they, in fairness, came back quickly with two QR codes which worked first time. Also managed to download the correct app for my phone, So all in all very pleased.One word of warning. According to my electrician if the bulb goes it would be a case of having to buy the whole unit again. Having said that he stated that the chances of that with even 5 years would be unlikely.
