Is this first or second generation?

If the bottle says MMHC II it’s the second generation. If it says MMHC, it’s the first

why is urea used in these products? We know what urea is and I don't think it is good on skin.

Urea is a hydrator. It is chemically formulated, not naturally-derived. It is also a light exfoliator and is excellent for the skin.

does this have vitamin C or E in it? if not can I use to using this?

No Vit C or E in this formulation ( refer to product details , ingredients ) . As far as I have seen blogs of skin enthusiasts , Gothamista , Nadine Baggot etc , Hyaluronic Acid is layered with Vit C .
