This is one of the best Dim Products on the market. I usually get it from Doctor but since I found this one I don't pay stupid prices for it.

Great way to get small three vitamins in one supplement’

While there's certainly nothing wrong with this supplement, isn't this really just a multivitamin . . . with a hyped up name and price? In short: Provides vitamins A, C, D, E, and K - plus Astaxanthin (1 mg) and Alpha Lipoic Acid (2 mg). The per capsule DV amounts of the vitamin content are in all cases less (or much less) than 100% except for D, which is 250%. Nothing wrong with this but there are other multi-vitamin options out there offering even more and broader content, and cheaper cost. Made in USA.

Unless I run blood work, there is no real way to know the absorption and effectiveness of the product. I have been taking it for about 4 weeks. No side effects. I don't feel any different.

I took four days of this product before a nasty itchy welt appeared on the bend of my arm at the elbow. If you look at the details on the website, it tells you that skin rashes can occur. Unfortunately the bottle label does not say this. I have stopped taking this and have been prescribed a steroid cream to apply.

Ive been taking D3, K2, A for some time now, just not all in one...this one has all these and more...any questions or concerns Marc is willing to answer and help. I picked this one because its has lowers IUs and MGs.. I didnt need 5000IUs of Vita A and D and 500mg of K2. Thank you Marc for being so kind and understanding...
