First, the fitment of the dash kit is horrible, as you can see in the picture. the instructions are a joke and no wiring colors match. The backup camera worked twice and now just displays a chopped-up image or lists no display. the radio would reboot if left off for more than 2 hours meaning that all radio presets or settings are forgotten. the radio would shut off and reboot randomly. and in the middle of the night, the radio just turns itself on.On a positive note, the seller responded promptly to messages and seemed to want to help, even sending pictures of installs. just a bad product

Looks good and does what I need it to do, haven’t used the USB ports yet so not sure about this next part, if there’s a better way, but it takes a little while sometimes to connect to wireless CarPlay. Has already needed to be reset twice in a short time, I’ve maybe had it 3 weeks. At least the reset button is on the screen.*Update* This seller’s customer service is top tier! They reached out concerning the issues I was having and got me squared away, I think that deserves another star. I’m happy with their service!

My truck is a 2013 F150 and this radio is plug-and-play although I’ve made one mistake that is shown in the pictures. I plugged one of the white connectors into the back of the stereo, which should have been plugged into the canbus which is a small rectangular device that resulted in blowing the radio fuse number 19 in fuse box, there is a spare 20 A fuse two spots above this that you could use check your manual. I don’t think I would’ve figured this out without contacting the seller who was very helpful and got back to me with each question I had. I’m very happy with the stereo so far it sounds great. Steering wheel controls work, voice calling works well and sounds very clear. This is not an easy project, but it is something if you are mechanically inclined, and willing to do the research you can do.

Product looks really nice its a very clean look my only issues so far is that i can’t download some streaming apps like an easy one like netflix, i have been able to download MAX and Prime Video so far but sucks a global streaming platform like netflix is not “verified” for download, my biggest problem that i am working with support is my battery drainage issue everything supposed to be plug and play and it is, but the radio does not turn off after the vehicle is shut off maybe after 15minutes it does and nothing in settings to change that and the canbus drains the battery dead within a couple hours of just sitting i want ti make this radio work but if this drainage issue is not fixed i will return it. I will update if the problems are fixed

Only had for 5 months and for some reason the screen became off centered, couldn’t press any buttons in the correct spots. Then the next time I got in it the screen was burnt out. I attempted to reset and factory reset but nothing fixed the first issue. Attempted the troubleshooting options but it doesn’t seem like it’s the correct stereo for the options it was giving.

The media could not be loaded. This head unit works great, ignore the bad reviews, i almost didnt buy it because all the reviews. and sure enough i had the same problems all the bad reviews were having.. im not sure what their problem was but for me i just had to sit there and clam down after being frustrated and just read the instructions. and everything became clear, i plugged everything in correctly like the instructions said(instructions arent really that clear but they tell you exactly the right thing to do) but yes the ONLY problem im having is the mirror link app. mines didnt come with it and thats literally the only reason why i wanted a head unit that had mirror link. thats disappointing but the support email person is very nice and very helpful, despite them only replying once every 24 hours.

Product was good just as doesnt seem to hold channel on the radio and no instructions on how to use it.but the Amazon shipping was the worst said one day got in two day this is happening more often
