I didn't intend to write a review for these originally, I was a little underwhelmed as after putting them in they seemed just like any other insoles and were expensive for what they are.After about two months of using them every day I removed them to air them out and used the standard insoles that came with my shoes instead.With the standard insoles I developed a blister after just one day, after a whole couple month of being free of pain and blisters.These are worth the money, and you will notice a real difference if you are on your feet a lot at work, I walk around 12-15 miles a day at work and would highly recommend them if you have any pain in your feet or suffer from blisters.

Doing security requires a lot of walking and standing depending on what jobs you do. These were a heaven when I put them on for the first time and still are.

Absolutely brilliant for running, I always slip these in my shoes now - gives you a bit more energy return and kind on the feet on long runs

These insoles were for my son, who has lots of heel pain and they are excellent.

The only thing that cured my Plantar fasciitis!!

Poor quality insole provides little support and no pai relief whatsoever

Reading reviews thought I would give these a try for my work boots, being on my feet for 12 hour shifts i want real comfort. Have been using them for a month and feet are sore especially the heels. Will go back to using the schol gel active insoles.
