This works well
I had this on the plane and it worked really good, it works even better if you buy a little fan and put it on the inside and it makes a whirlwind of cool air while on the plane.

Eye mask not received
Did not receive eye mask showing in picture. A couple of the reviews stated it was received with pillow.

Unique and Efficient Travel Pillow
I travel regularly and traditional neck pillows just do not work well for me. I came across the Captiva Travel Pillow and decided to give it a try due to its unique design. The travel pillow comes with a carrying bag as well as ear plugs and and an eye mask to help get some rest as you travel. When stored, your items take minimal space so you can easily place them in the corner of a carry on and remove once on your flight.I must admit, I was a bit skeptical in the inflating process, but I have been pleasantly surprised at how easily the pillow inflates. It takes 4 good blows to fill up the pillow and a smaller blow to get it to shape. It really does just take a few seconds. The valve is probably my favorite feature as it ensures minimal air escapes in the inflating process and allows for easy deflation for storage. As far as comfort goes, I would say it is very soft and comfortable. As a larger guy, I do wish it was just a tad bit taller, but I definitely prefer this pillow to a traditional neck pillow. Overall, I am very happy with this product as I have used it on a number of trips and it is a travel must have moving forward. Highly recommend!

Pleased
So, c'mon...this is a kind of weird looking item. However, compared to my current flight neck pillow thing that pretty much most people have and is kind of a pain to cart around...this is nice because it comes with a little bag and is a bit easier to cart around when it is in the bag. This is fairly easy to inflate. I did notice that when I was first using it on my flight, I thought I had inflated it fully and it seemed to not quite be tall enough for me to use comfortably. However, I tried inflating it a bit more, which was the case and then it worked pretty well. And while it is sort of weird looking due to the ability to put ones' arms through it...that is a nice feature.I also was spurred on to order this due to one of the photos on the sales page that showed a person with their cell phone sitting inside this item. Gotta say, it is a nice touch. When I placed my phone in this item then I don't have to hold my phone to watch it. So many planes do not have anything to perch your cell phone on except the tray table and you can't always have the tray table in the down right position.Sometimes I wonder is it better to start with a peeve of an item and end on the great about it or vice-verso. Here I seem to end with my one peeve...okay maybe two, althoughOkay, one peeve is while new car smell is awesome...new this item smell...not so much. Hopefully, that will fade. The fabric is okay. Not sure what could be done to make it a bit softer feeling. Shouldn't be a deal breaker in my opinion. So here is the one peeve I AM not sure how to overcome. Due to the safe guard with the place in this item you have to blow it up, it makes it kind of a pain to deflate it enough so you can fold this up and fit it back in the bag. This frustrated me to the point that I finally just threw it in my backpack and gave up. And then this item sort of takes up some very valuable luggage real estate.Oh, and here, I almost forgot and this is sort of leaving this on a better note. You know how on a plane the person you sit next to...one of you is getting that arm rest and one of you is not. Well, if you are using this item with your arms inside of it, then you don't care if you seem to be the one who is not getting the arm rest. And on the one flight, so far, that I used this, I was the one who abdicated the arm rest. And so that was a nice bonus feature.

Inflatable travel pillow
This inflatable travel pillow was a unique addition to my most recent flight. Typically my back starts to hurt after sitting so upright in an airplane, and I thought it would be nice to have the ability to lean forward without having my face touch the back of the seat in front of me. Once I was able to inflate this pillow, it was very comfortable and soft to lay my face on the suede-like material and be able to take the pressure off my spine by being able to lean forward. I think this works in its ideal fashion when there is a wall or the back of another chair to lean the pillow up against. If you were trying to use this in the airport waiting area it wouldn’t work as well as the pillow just slides forward off your lap when there’s nothing for it to lean against.

Not built for many people
So your thing might work for some people, but those people don't have large breasts. Also those people are shorter than 5'6" and aren't plus size. The only way this will work for me is if I wedge it on the tray table. Who it would be awesome for is teenagers watching movies on their phone while ignoring their family, a perfect solution. That being said, the face hole is well thought out and the fill valve design is awesome. It looks durable and had that velvet on plastic feel.

Good for travel
I will say that this pillow is great for travel. Keep in mind that it is an inflatable, and not a stuffed pillow, but still very supportive.

Good and Versatile Product
I got this product because I do a lot of overseas traveling. I think it's a good concept. It supports my body well and allows me to sleep well. I can lay my head in different positions that's helpful. The product rolls up into a small ball which is practical. It takes time to inflate the pillow (about 2 to 4 minutes). The pillow material is fine but it would be better if it came with a fabric cover. The other issue is how to store the pillow on a crowded plane when you have meal services.
