Broken pump
I received the product as expected without damage to the package or outside box. The bottle was intact, but the pump does not work. I attempted to go through Amazon and through Gucci and Gucci does not support replacement or refund for any of the products sold on Amazon. I am out $100 and recommend not purchasing this product from Amazon.

The container is glass, not metal.
I love the perfume. I hate the "travel" container. It broke on my first trip. I did not realize it was glass and it rolled off a sink
