It appears to be as described.. Will be a while before I install it so I will have to assume all is well for the fit.Packaging is good. Although the protective film on the metal surface has marks on it which I am hoping are just on the film.. I think so. Overall it looks like it will do the job.

Made of cheap plastic. The top and bottom “stainless” plastic bow out away from the frame. The mounting screw holes are angled so much that they miss the cabinet wood, so I had to add wood blocks to the cabinet frame to be able to mount it. This thing isn’t worth $50, much less $250!

The microwave is beautiful. It looks sleek and contemporary. The inside is spacious and the controls are easy to figure out. It is quiet and heats up the food fast. It’s worth the cost. I also bought the frame which gives it a finished look.

I was replacing an old built-in microwave. This trim kit has an extremely thin metal cover over plastic. The metal is so thin that you can see slight impressions in the surface. I am concerned that it will dent very easily if anything bumps it. Also, the information does not describe how the mounting screws actually attach it to the wall. In my case, the screws fell in an area that did not have wood behind it, and I had to add wooden brackets for the screws. Be careful to drill the holes at the correct angle or the frame will deform (twist) as you tighten the screws.

Just as described. It was shipped so that it had to be signed at delivery too!
