This is a fantastic fan! It is sooo quiet and moves a ton of air around. Love it.

The media could not be loaded. I ordered this fan in Amazon 2nos. Both the fan is making noise, unable to sleep at night(which is giving huge humming sound) such a bad quality.I raised complaint on 5th of August 2025. Yet no technician have reached the site to check the problem. And when ever I make contact with poly CC support they barely response. Sometimes they don't even pick the call.Once they receive call they say we will update you in couple of days even after 7weeks there's no big response in exchanging the product all they are making delay is to extend the warranty time once the warranty period expires they wont exchange (such a smart game) by poly cab CC. Such a cheapest service center.All I need to do is burn this product and search for better company.

I ordered the Polycab charisma plus 1200mm fan for a very reasonable price, which was delivered in 2 days.Its been almost 3 months that the fan is in daily usage.PROS:First and foremost, the colour and look of the fan is attractive and grand.The highest speed feels like a helicopter fan turning, with a good spread of air around the room.The gush of air is much more than the other fans in our home.Though it cant be said as a CON, the sound of air at full speed of the fan is a little higher than normal.The build quality of the fan components and material used felt good. The price of 1400/-, felt a full value for money ceiling fan.I would say, this is a good choice.

When the product was received, the box was damaged. The fan itself was not harmed, but it seems it was not handled properly during delivery. Because of that, its aerodynamics have been affected. However, the fan is still working well and overall is a good product.
