BeachbodyShaun T's Hip Hop Abs Fitness Programme: Get Flat sexy abs without doing any sit-ups

I am a massive fan of ShaunT and wanted to try is first outing as a fitness coach on DVD.The picture does show it's age a little and not meant for wide screen TV's but to be fair we are in the age of ultra HD and watching something that was recorded in SD will always look a little poor quality.I wriggled and jiggled my way through the programme and much to my wife's joy I gave her a good laugh in the proccess lol.I love doing the Monster lmao.

I'm only into day 2 of the programme but I do love the exercises and already can feel the benefit. Sound quality is not fantastic though, even with the volume set to extra loud its impossible to hear Shaun T's instructions for the moves, unlike Slim in 6 where the verbal instructions are clear to hear and understand. The music choice is far better than Slim in 6 though so I will keep it going and just follow the moves as best as possible from the demonstrating group.

The sound is awful on this, can barely hear it. I got halfway through the first disc and it stopped working. I haven’t tried the rest of the discs yet but I couldn’t even finish the first one!

This is a fantastic set, tell you exactly when to use each DVD and when to have a rest. Arrived quick. Well worth the money and I highly recommend, I fell pregnant not long after buying it so haven't seen results yet but I am looking forward to using it again when the baby arrives!

Gave as gift and only found out 5 months later that none of discs played properly

This video is really good to use with the family I love it I got a slim stomach in just a small matter of time but still need to work on my muffin top👍🏾👍🏾

good idea , but quality of voice was so bad , who wants to listen to that ?

Usual great Shaun T workout, but the sound quality is very dodgy which spoils it.
