I fitted to a Suzuki V-Strom 1050 so effectively the same size bike. No issues for me so I don’t see you having any issues… but make sure to also order the wires (and maybe the bracket also).

It should fit any motorcycle or car with a 12v supply. You will need to use the relay as it takes more power than a standard horn and find a suitable location to fit it. It's worth ensuring that it has some protection from rain (assuming you ride in wet weather) and road grime and that the horn points down so that any water and debris drops out.

Is this road legal in UK. Official guidance is vague.

There is no specific dB limit for car horns in the UK, the law only states that they be of a single, uniform tone and not be strident, or in other words jarring, grating or a harsh tone. If your horn is deemed to be excessively loud for the type of vehicle it's fitted to the police at their own discretion may issue a fine but unfortunately it's open to their interpretation of what's appropriate and what's not so it's a roll of the dice really. As long as you don't go around blasting it at everyone you meet on the road or during the restricted hours you should be ok, I have one fitted to my bike and used it to alert a truck that nearly pulled out on me at a roundabout with a police van 2 cars behind me and they did nothing.

Can you wire it to a car?

I don’t see why not. It’s a 12V electric pump with relay and in-line fuse and is also compatible with a CanBus electronic system. It has worked brilliantly on my KTM 1290 bike without upsetting any of the electronics.
