I bought this as I am on my weight lossJourney and I am insulin resistance due to my PCOS so I low carb eat.I miss pasta and started to look online.Let me say that it was worth every penny to buy this. I could not taste the difference in this low carb pasta. I made a garlic shrimp pasta for dinner and it was delicious.The texture of the pasta was just like the normal ones. I did cook mine on medium high for about 15-20 mins.Will definitely be ordering more and making Mac and cheese and spaghetti and meatballs with this pasta.Strongly recommended this. Buy it!! Been eating low carb for a while since diagnosed with diabetes. And though lost a lot of weight and the diabetes are completely under control now I still have been aiming to eat low carb which means eating a lot of keto breads since I still love a good sandwich. Haven't been able to eat spaghetti or a good pasta because though the stores around here have a small selection of keto breads and buns they have none for noodles. Found these and went for it as I was craving some. They were perfect for me. I would say they cook quicker than regular pasta noodles so if you put them in the water and turn your head for a sec you might turn back and they be over done. But I caught them just in time. Made me a big pot with meat sauce and had it for a few days straight. Plan on buying some more.

Unfortunately this low-carb pasta kicked me out of ketosis, but it was very very tasty!

If you’re like me and are monitoring your carbohydrate intake due to gestational diabetes and are having a craving for pasta, buy these now! These do not cause a spike in my sugar, and I am able to satisfy a craving! They also taste like pasta and don’t become a mushy mess like the chickpea pastas ive tried.

Was not too sure about this pasta when I first bought it. It did taste a bit different than most pasta when I first tried it, but I have come to really enjoy it. What a great option for fewer calories.

Love the taste especially because it is low carb / keto. I introduced this product to my doctor as he said his son loves to eat a lot of carbs. We all know that too much carbs is not good , makes the blood sugar goes up plus gaining weight.
