No. It is just a router. Whatever plan you have for service is how much data you will have once you have this device hooked up to your plan.

Will this work with Boost infinite?

We have not tested ourselves however it works with T-mobile as an example which is completely different GSM network from ATT. It might only require manual APN setup at most, but it is unlocked to work with other GSM networks

Unfortunately, no, as this device is unlocked for all US carriers, not worldwide
