Excellent quality and great design. Well made with metal chrome fittings . Fits Duravit Starcke 2 toilet perfectly. Took 15 mins to fit. Excellent value. Just as good as original duravit but half the price.

Difficult to say a toilet seat is outstanding but I've done it because it's pretty close match to the original Duravit part. Also I'd ordered the wrong type - the guy who runs the business just sent me a new correct one 2 days before Christmas which arrived Christmas Eve (a miracle itself) & took it on trust I'd send the other back (which I did!). Can't ask for better service than that. Excellent supplier!

Sent it back as it was the wrong shape

This is a good replacement for an original happy d toilet seat. It has performed admirably for 5 years. My only criticism is that cleaning the close toleranced hinges is really difficult and there is really not enough room between the seat and the lid to clean the splash zone at the back of the seat effectively (with 2 small boys).

Awesome customer service. I managed to order the wrong starck seats (ordered the starck 2 and needed the 3) and emailed Gush to ask about returns. Despite my ordering in November as replacements for my holiday home and only realising when I was there at Xmas, 3 new seats were rapidly dispatched this week which have been duely received.Can't fault Gush and highly recommend based on my experience.
