Only had it for a few hours and now the lock won't open with the keys. Any advice?

You have to turn the key completely counterclockwise to open it, and then completely clockwise to close it. You should hear a click. When opening, the buttons on the sides will unlock, and you’ll press them at the same time to pull the top back.

Where is the key?? The box is locked and there is no key in the packaging.

It is in the third bottom drawer in a bag. It has a spare key.

Got the wrong color
