The one that I had that was very similar same model number but 10 years old seem to have a better battery life when they were both new comparatively speaking.

Daily use works well, but more than 3 days growth and the hairs start catching and pulling (ouch!).I bought the name-brand cutter heads, at 4 times the price, and shaving has become comfortable again.
