Dry puffy sore eyes ? Get this !
My eye dr instructed me to get these for chronic dry eyes . So soothing and helps so much . Great for a spa at home night , can also freeze them for ice therapy !

Terrible. Does Not Warm As Needed.
Product does not perform . Shoddy workmanship. Beads do not heat correctly and are cold and useless in seconds. Waste of money. Zero pain relief.

Great warming "beads" at an excellent price!
This product was less than half the cost of the brand name, and works just as well. The strap, however, is too small for my big head-no matter, I just lay it on my eyes. The odd thing is it notes a 20 second warmup time in the microwave-maybe mine is slightly smaller, but I leave it in there for 1 1/2 minutes to get anywhere, and it works fine. Overall, very happy with product!

For my dry eyes
I like them. I just wish they would stay warm longer. I need them warm for 15 minutes to follow my doctor wishes.

Maybe ????
The instructions say to microwave for 10 seconds, WHICH DOES NOT WORK. After 4 tries I found that only after 2 1/2 minutes do they heat up enough. Even then they stay warm for about 7 minutes, not the described 10 minutes. I also found I had to turn them over about half way through because the bottom facing side heated up. By flipping I got the entire product heated.Only time will tell whether they are any good. I actually tried 3 minutes, not good, and one of the bags melted in 1 corner and out came the beads.

Doesn't get hot, won't hold heat when it gets briefly warm
After reading the reviews here, I figured that people are simply overheating the product in the microwave and not paying attention to the instructions, since the compresses (in my experience) never got warm enough to feel hot, much less burn a hole through the fabric. And "moist heat" was a no-show.I followed the instructions, heating for 20 seconds first, then adding 10 second increments up to 1 minute. The eyepatches (tried single and then both together) never got warm enough to feel much on the skin, and if there was a bit of warmth, it faded quickly.I wasn't going to risk overheating it just to set a fire in my microwave.Maybe it's the ceramic beads this product uses, but I'm returning these, since they're not what I was looking for, and will be looking instead for eye masks or spa masks filled with buckwheat, which hold heat and stay warm for much longer than this product.

Ideal to help with a dry eye condition
The optometrist I go to recommended this particular brand of heated eye compress. The pads fit exactly over my eyes, and it stays warm for at least 10 minutes, which is the recommended amount of time. It can be used lying down or sitting up with the elastic band around your head.
