Can I give my Black Oscar this?

I don’t have personal experience with Oscars, however I feed this to my Discus and other large cichlids. This is the only flake food I have found that is a truly the large flakes. And the fish really like it. I guess it’s the garlic. It doesn’t make a mess of the tank or filter either because there aren’t a bunch of tiny flakes ( until you get the bottom of the tub).

Is this okay for goldfish?

This is for tropical fish, not goldfish. I wouldn't feed this to goldfish if I had any. I feel it is not appropriate feed for cold water fish.

can i feed this flakes to grown up cichlid?

Yes you can...I feed my established African Cichild tank once per day....keeps them beautiful, healthy and colorful. Just don't overfeed and maintain your tank....

Is this (new life spectrum optimum flakes 90g (naturox series)) the same quality as the original version new life spectrum optimum all purpose flake?

More squid, nutritional percentages higher. My tropicals seem to enjoy it more than the old version which they also loved
