Product is mostly what I wanted.
The Dune HD app should be pre-installed.The SMB server feature of the Dune HD app is impossible to use.Otherwise it is a good product.

Buggy firmware causing stuttering playback with new firmware "coming soon" was eight months ago.
I wanted to like this machine, it had all the functionality I wanted. When I first got it and you install the software provided by the dune-hd sellers and it automatically updates the firmware. This seemed normal to me as firmware updates are somewhat common for electronics of this nature. When trying to stream video there is often stuttering where it will be playing back ok and then just jump forward a few seconds on its own like the cache was overwhelmed or something. This is unwatchable.Apparently this is a known issue as they have been advertising a replacement firmware to fix it "Coming soon!". That was eight months ago. They keep trying to pass the delay off on Google because of "certification review" but I can't imagine it takes eight months (and counting) for this to occur. I feel ripped off as of course my return window has closed and I'm stuck in limbo with a $250 brick ($500 since I bought two of them) never knowing when it might work again, if ever, and all they do is keep stringing you along with false promises of new firmware.Find a different box unless you like throwing money away, this one is a useless brick. I went back to my nvidia shield, its old but it works consistently.

Envió puntualidad, empaquetado, excelente.El producto presenta errores en software, necesita ser optimizado mediante alguna actualización, al igual que se necesita la actualización de la versión de Android.En hardware; es hora de upgrade de procesador, RAM, las antenas deberían ser internas (el hecho de ser externas, no mejoran la señal).El HDD insertado en el socket no funciona correctamente; si se conecta al PC, luego se desconecta, ya no es reconocido por el dispositivo, entonces hay que desconectar - conectar de la corriente, para que sea visible nuevamente.Puede ser una buena idea, pero hasta el momento el DUNE Premiere no funciona como debería .

All in One Media Player
This is the second player I've purchased in the past month. I am replacing my two Zappiti players. The Dune App groups and identifies all my movies locally on my NAS. It also groups collection. The added bonus is it also plays all of my TV APPS. OneMedia Player for my Home Theater.

Good device but some Issues
Brought device to play .iso and MVK video and it great during that. Streaming picture quality is excellent but seems to struggle maintaining an internet connection. There is some momentary buffering using both wireless and ethernet connection.

It's just android TV box so it's expensive for Android TV box and it's came with Android 11Dune media app it buggy and not helpful there is a few options for video and audio setupI just returned
