Q: What is the crossover frequency and what is the rolloff?

It's around 3khz at its highest point and since it's only 1st order on this crossover the rolloff is -6db/octave slope.

Q: With the bass connection on the right side, how are the jumpers labeled from left to right?

I took the unit and drew a diagram of its wiring, which I used to determine how to adjust the jumpers.

You don't need a diagram it says on the cross over what speakers to hook up and u can adjust them too

Q: do i need both bass and treble connected for this to work properly? or can i connect just bass?

You can connect only the bass. This puts only the inductor in the series with the bass driver. If you still have too much treble going to the bass driver, you can connect the 2.2 uF capacitor from the driver side of the inductor to the minus. I don't recall which jumper setting that is, but its on the row of pins with the extra pin. This is how I connected mine.
