Q: I have watched the video. Does the set include the adhesive shown for the fixing?

I bought a new toilet seat which was the same make CROYDEX my mate who Is a plumber HAD A LOT OF TROUBLE TRYING TO FIT MY TOILET SEAT THOUGHT IT WAS A LOUD OF RUBBISH ( MY FRIEND HAS FITTED MANY TOILET SEATS) Had NO Adhesive with my set SEAT KEEPS MOVING ( DON'T WAIST YOUR MONEY ) CRAP

Q: Can I have brass fittings with this item as an alternative ?

no it does not come with brass fittings, I bought brass fittings from B&Q and used them instead of the original fittings

Q: The fixing is firmly attached to loo china ... what can I do if after a month the seat no longer grips pins? ("click" of clasps has stopped.)

I have not removed the protective backing strip from the adhesive pads as I could not align the seat properly. Compared to another similar seat this seat is very poor and I now regret saving a few pounds to purchase it. Ultimately I may scrap it and buy another more expensive seat.

Q: How can i get an allen key and bolt holder to remove it? the seat hinges are broken. can i get a replacement allen key and nut holder?

Unfortunately, because the screws fitting it aren't brass, they are rusted, after quite a short time. You do need an allen key to remove the bolts - with the seat came a white key that fitted over the nut to make it easier to turn. Somebody took both of them. I'd like to know what size they are to get the right replacement.
