This is one of the best purchases I’ve ever made. The hydrogen cycle on 10 minutes produces over 4000 ppb, which is 4 ppm every time. If you want more, run the cycle again and you will get 8000 ppb/8ppm each time.When I received my first bottle, the moisture plug sent with it leaked slightly. I wrote to be sure it was safe to charge and Mark, the rep I spoke with, sent another bottle right away just to be sure. The customer service is amazing. The bottle has a lifetime guarantee. The water taste great. If you are undecided on which bottle to buy, please choose Piurify. The hydrogen water outdoes any competition, lifetime guarantee, amazing service, great packaging, great size, holds 9.5 ounces of water, great readout that tells you the time countdown and how much hydrogen is being pumped in, nasal cannula so you can breath in the hydrogen if you choose, and the price is right. I purchased this to try H water just to see if I can feel any difference. I’ve only been using it less than a week so I don’t know if it’s doing anything. It does make the water a bit bubbly when you open the bottle but it’s not like carbonation. You really can’t taste or feel anything different. I’m hoping it’s a good antioxidant treatment but time will tell! I do wish it was larger capacity so I didn’t have to run it as frequently.

(Not on Amazon) It was $250 lost and a lesson learned. Their refund/return policy is so deceptive, I could not even get my money back from PayPal. Without going into the months of headache and 40 emails, don't take my word for it, go to "TrustPilot.com" and type in HydroLite and see all negative reviews. HydroLite does not allow people to post reviews to their website. DO NOT BUY!!Purify- ($158)claims 3000 PPB- closer to 1500 PPB- battery went super low within a week and would only do one session on a battery charge. Returned.Purepebrix "2024 Advanced Hydrogen Water Bottle"-($112)-claims 4400 PPB, closer to 2000ppb- small water capacity.Returned.Prodigy X- ($128)-claims 10,000 PPB, closer to 1,800 PPB- Enough said about that, don't deceive me like that.BUZIO ($70) (the best I've found)-claims 3,000 PPB, actual closer to 2,500 PPB.longer battery life for multiple uses and larger water capacity.It's interesting that this bottle claims the least PPB, but actually produces the most, this is as close to honest as I found in any of the water bottles. The product itself is great, but the customer service is above and beyond. We have a couple of different products. One stopped working properly. Reaching customer service is very easy. After briefly troubleshooting over email (so at my convenience) it still wasn’t working. Without asking a real customer service person offered me a new one which arrived immediately and had no issues. I almost never encounter this degree of customer service, especially not with a larger company on Amazon. I highly recommend.
