Just opened this and WOW Smells GREAT! Then I transferred 4 large bulk scoops out and all had no clumps. Even if there were a few little clumps they crush back to powder easily when you use it. To avoid if any I used food grade moisture absorb packs and threw 4 small ones in the bag! This stuff is very fine powder so don't pour it to transfer, use scoop and handle it slow and carefully or it will dust the surrounding area and make a mess. I store a pint container full for quick daily use to avoid going in and out of the bag.I got 4lbs of Micro Ingredients brand 2 years ago and it was good so I thought I'd try this since it is a much better deal you can't beat for 5 Lbs. Based on the smell it is the same so buy this and eat it more for le$$! Glad I did!

This is perfect for me! It was fast delivery. It tastes delicious! Natural ingredients. I use it in my protein shake every single day! Very easy to use, I just put one heaping tablespoon in every protein shake. Well worth the money!

A good product. One star off for packaging - bag is difficult to access (poofs out beet powder dust) and does not re-seal. I relocated the powder in a large Rubbermaid container with a large tight fitting lid, so scooping out the powder is easy.Several reviews complained about lumps in product. This is NOT due to the powder grind being lumpy, but due to the finely ground powder absorbing moisture. Lumps are inevitable, but after experimenting, there is a SIMPLE, EASY way to overcome the lumps. I use a 24oz glass jar with a screw lid (had sliced peaches in it originally). Beet powder dissolves best in COLD water. I half fill the jar with water, add two teaspoonfuls of powder, stir that in, then fill the jar the rest of the way with water. Place OVERNIGHT in the refrigerator, then gently shake or stir. The beet powder will be completely dissolved - NO LUMPS. Then just drink about a third of the juice direct from the jar for your daily dose. Repeat the process every three days, making beet juice. COLD beet juice has the added benefit of having (to me) the best and least earthy flavor. I find beet powder ruins, or at least overwhelms, the taste of a smoothie, or when mixed with other fruit juice.

Very good product I use it often it's very good ,give me healthy energy during the day I also I put it in my family member organic pre workout.Very healthy.Im so happy with this company I only love organic GMO free,quimical free ,fillers free ,so far I trust this company ,I pray to God this company continue making good quality products with no bad things in them.Today it's very hard very hard to find a company that makes clean products most are filled with bad fillers that damage our health so we have to choose wisely and put our money in companys that actually care about our health. I always monitor all the products I buy ,It's my right because I'm paying for them and so far this company it's doing great ,not adding bad things on the products I pray and hope that continues this way ,as longer the products I buy from them continues free of those bad fillers etc,then I will continue as a buyer and give my good review ,I also buy other products from them.I don't know if all the products they sell are quimical free so far the 2 products I buy seen to be very healthy and free of GMO and free of fillers and organics.

This is a geat quality food product but give the price tag I wish the zip lock didn't fail the very first time. You may think, who cars just a get zip lock bag and dump it in there but I am you need a packaging that blocks the light and need to be air tight to seal the flavor.
