Only worked for a while + no support
So this was great for about a month. Now it won’t allow any wireless mouse devices to connect. I tried it with different ones and still nothing. They are all charged or have full new batteries. The hub has power as the blue light is on but my MacBook Air will not recognize the mouse anymore.It’s advertised as compatible with MacBook Air and it worked just fine for a while. I just think it’s not a great product and that it’s not meant to last. Also it heats up a lot even with nothing plugged in so that is probably not helping. Weird thing is other devices work when plugged into it. It is only the wireless mouse that has stopped working and so now it is useless to me as that is the whole reason I bought it.There is no support for this product so I can’t even contact anyone. Amazon is saying refund window is passed but I am thinking that is my only option to try and get a refund and get something else. I have googled and looked for support online for troubleshooting beyond what I already tried but nothing.So thinking cut my losses and try to get refunded and get a new one that actually works longer than a month.

a MUST for office work!
I take a laptop to work and have a home PC. I don't want to unplug and replug a bazillion things every time I go somewhere. This it the perfect solution! One plugin! I think the charging speed is a little slower than a regular charger, or maybe it depends on what it's plugged into? The attached adapter is great too. The whole thing is pretty small, which is great, but the cable on it is oddly long and VERY sturdy, so the box portion just sits wherever it wants, often awkwardly. Can't just pose it however you want.

Doesn't do everything it says it does.
I bought this because the description made it seem like it could work as a docking station. Just one plug into my laptop with all accessories connected through the hub. I have a MacBook Pro. The power did not flow through and my Apple monitor did not work with the hub either. I originally purchased it to connect a wireless key board and mouse. Those items did work. It does what I needed but didn't work for everything in the description. It seems pretty sturdy for the price.
