Good phone and turned up quick and exactly as described

Bought this phone back in June, looked good and I was delighted with it but a couple of days ago I opened in up and the screen freaked out all coloured lines flashing and then went 95% black wouldn't let me do anything so no use at all, contacted seller who asked me to send photos which I did then told me to return it but to take any information off EH NO the screen ain't working so no can do, looks like I have thrown £300 down the toilet, left with a phone that I can't use and can't return NOT HAPPY!

I was nervous buying a reconditioned phone, but this is fantastic!! Immaculate, not even a tiny mark. The phone is excellent, super quick responses, usual galaxy features but so much more. Oh and the style....everyone comments on it, classy and gorgeous. Excellent buy, and backed up with amazon's guarantee so its a win. No regrets!

First time I ordered I immediately noticed a problem. I refunded and ordered again.second order: The hinge started making a clicking noise just after the 30 day return. I wasn't in a rush to get it looked at as I knew I had a 12 month amazon referb warranty. Then its hinge popped out. Despite it saying 12 month amazon warranty I can't raise a warranty claim. Can't seem to get anyone to take account of the fact it was sold with a warranty that is now being ignored.The seller isn't responding to my messages.Completely avoid this phone.I'm going to try and get it fixed privately but have already been warned this may damage the phone further because the hinges are known for breaking and being hard to fix without breaking the glass panels at the front and back or breaking the screen.

Very beautiful item! No scratches or any other signs of use. Works perfectly.

This phone is a true bargain. My only issue is the poor battery life. The phone was delivered a day earlier than the expected day. It looks new and performs as such. I'm happy with the phone.

I am absolutely thrilled with this phone, it is immaculate, exactly like new, it is for my granddaughter for Xmas and she will be over the moon, I need to get a gold one for her sister next month as I don't get my benefit until then, so I really hope they still have one, please please santa make sure this seller still has some.

Phone delivered on time but after few hours of use it get started black screen, and after that it increased, I returned the phone with tracking delivery, but seller didn't refunded the money for more than 1 and half month , had to contact Amazon to resolve, I sent lots of messages to seller for refund, bad seller experience.
