So far, so good. Won't know how good it is until I use it for awhile and get blood work to see if it helps lower my cholesterol.

If I need to take at least 1200 mg.'s as the Dr. suggested, I would need to take two of the other brands available around here. With this one the dosage is 1500 and only taking one works out better and is ultimately less expensive. Good deal!

I ordered two berberine supplements, they both arrived together, in a shipping package. One bottle must have been used because it arrived with the interior seal missing and you could see where it had been torn off… quite concerning! In addition to the interior seal being missing, the exterior plastic seal around the top was broken off…The second bottle still had the interior and exterior seals so I may throw the unsealed bottle away.As for the product itself, it works great at balancing my insulin resistance… I am no longer crashing at 3pm or running for a coffee or sugar break to get energy… so I am pleased with the results.
