I initially purchased this Mini PC in February 2024. It is very lightweight and takes up very little real estate on my desk. Setup was super easy.In February of this year 2025 the Mini PC stopped working. I contacted the support department and was assisted by Chris. He explained step by step how to return the PC for a replacement and he was very communicative during the process. He answered all my questions and even followed up with me once I received the replacement Mini PC to ensure it was working correctly. The replacement is working well and I have had no issues. I really appreciate the quality customer service from Chris. This is a company that stands by its product. Would definitely recommend this Mini PC.

My nephew suggested this box for me. I didn’t need something super powerful, just very efficient . This does the trick. No frills, it just does everything I need. It’s quiet, can be hidden behind the monitor, and is fast. If you are just a normal person doing normal computer stuff this is a great value that doesn’t take up a lot of space.

Well, it is definitely a P.C. it works nicely and runs smoothly, but the only problem is that the audio port isnt pretty good. When you stick the headphone jack into it and play sound you get this weird glitchy thump at the same rate as a heartbeat. But it’s a very good pc for how much it costs.

I wish there was more information as to which of the 4 USB ports are 3.0.Start up from sleep is instant on and from cold start, up in no time.I've only noticed minor lag when I know I'm really pushing my luck with multiple operations (multi-torrents up & down + file transfers to external drives + video playback)Great as TV/Music "server".

Great computer, never going back to a big desktop again, I'm not doing gaming so I can't say it would be good for that but it's fast and it does everything I need

Works well for what I need it for. Mostly data entry. It isn’t going to play the best new games, but it gets the job done for smaller tasks. It was cheap and easy to set up. It takes up very little space on your desk and looks pretty cool too. Not the most powerful computer but it will work for basic computing needs.
