Good product

This is only a physical format converter. Meaning it takes whatever in and pushes out the other end. It is not a scaler or standards converter which changes resolution or frame rate. I have installed dozens of these and they do the job well.

Works well, but tends to fail after 2-3 years. Have had to replace mine a couple times.

WHAT'S TO SAY, IN MY CASE IT WORKS. WOULD BE GOOD TO HAVE A MOUNTING OR HANGING FEATURE TO ATTACH TO A TRIPOD. IT'S A SMOOTH BOX AND I DON'T LIKE TO HANG FROM WIRES. I USE TAPE TO ATTACH.

I own many of these, and they are super reliable. What else is there to know? I specifically conver to 1080p24 but have used at a variety of formats. Usually converting cameras for a Blackmagic ATEM.

Replaced a previous unit - this one was cheaper and newer

These are robust devices.

These converters have failed a few times on us after many uses. Suggest getting the extended warranty. Otherwise, these work as designed when they work.
