Texture and taste is very similar to regular pasta. I've tried them all! So far this is the lowest in carbs and the best tasting. Nobody knows the difference!

This is now our go to pasta. It is half the calories of regular pasta and it taste the same. The texture is almost the same, it’s slightly thicker but not rubbery like the other diet pastas. We are so glad we found this.

I used to buy Fiber Gourmet brand but decided to try this one. OMG the taste is so overpowering… no matter how much you season it or sauces you pour into it… the taste is just so strong… it literally tastes like cardboard without the texture obviously… like I even tried to boil them with just water and salt, rinse and cook again with seasonings… it helped a bit but still.. there is some ingredient that has such an strong flavour…. Sorry but cannot recommended this at all.
