I've had over 20 cats in my lifetime. I can say that no food keeps them in good health like Hills.Their fur is softer. Their breath and poop stinks less (I mean, it is still unbrushed cat mouth and feces, not fresh laundry.) My cats love it and never refuses to eat, unlike a few other brands. The vet always compliments their skin and bloodwork.My current friend is still kicking toys, watching birds, and happy at 17. And I promise better food is part of the reason.

My 10 year old indoor kitty started itching, scratching and chewing. Her hair was patchy and had so many little scabs. She was never excited to eat and stayed fairly thin.She comes running when she gets her Science Diet. She’s excited to eat and has put on a little weight. Her coat is full, no scabs or itching. Best of all - she is much happier. She is very affectionate, and even started playing! Worth every penny. ❤️

This is easier for cats to chew as opposed to their adult formula. The pellets are flat and not hard and round making it softer for their mouths.

Bought some for my son who has older cats. They love the food.

My cats did great with this food when they were 8 to 10 years old. Now, neither of them can hold it down. They throw up constantly. Not sure if they changed the formula or it’s that’s they’re 11 years old now, but I can’t use this food anymore unfortunately. I’ll still use Hill’s just not this variety. It served me well for a few years though so it still gets 4 stars

My cats have been eating Hill's light, but both kitties are getting a few years older. Thought I would try something new. They absolutely love this flavor!!

I grew up in a family where our pets are our family. My dad used to say that it was his choice in food (Science Diet) that was to credit for the health and longevity of my dog growing up. When I moved away and adopted two cats, well naturally I choose science diet. My oldest now 13, has not been ill a single day in his life. Ok maybe a little bug here or there, but no major or even minor illness. Yes, part genetics and I beleive a big part food. However, Hills kept messing with their formula- Natures Recipe to Ideal Balance to another Ideal Balance. I was getting tired of the changes so I put them on regular science diet chicken indoor formula. Then I saw this label and knowing I needed to get a age appropriate formula for both the little guys, I tried this. First, I have noticed a considerable shift in their energy and sleep patterns. Second, I have noticed a considerable differenc in thier wanting to socialize a ton more. Thrid, they love this food. And in the end, no matter all else. they have been so loyal and loving to us, I want to make sure they live out a loving life too. This food is it and I don't ususally buy the marketing copy on products, but I have come to believe what Hill's says about this product. Give it a try and your little ones will love you for it and maybe you won't worry so much about well...you know. Love them each day- they certainly have done this for you.
