Really like Le Creuset’s Cast Iron Everyday Pan
I’ve been collecting Le Creuset’s cast iron for almost 20 years. I have quite a bit of it. This is one of my favorite pieces and the one that stays on top of the range. I’ve done a lot of cooking and baking in it. It’s small enough that I can easily clean it in my sink, but large enough to make sloppy joes and other typical “skillet” meals. I do have a large cast iron skillet, but the handle is long and gets in the way. This one even fits in my countertop oven where the skillet does not.
