Gastroparesis Friendly
I suffer from gastroparesis. My Dr. recommended this protein powder as a supplement. I mix it with my pureed soups and eggs thus far. I chose the unflavored and it works. This product was shipped in sturdy packaging and arrived intact and unharmed.

Added protein
It's good and adds a lot of protein to the diet. The unsweetened is good for smoothies, but I recommend the vanilla flavor for taking it with water or adding it to other foods that don't have flavor.
