The plastic was very poor and did not feel safe at all to ise or leave un attended, the plug was a cheap two pin and the electric fence was only on one side which means that you”ll need to place against a wallI would stongly recommend against this and for just a little more you are bet6er off with something that works, will last and is safe

Been using it for 2 weeks now but no dead insect in the container nor anywhere close to it

Lasted only 3 days before dying. Does not deserve even a 1 star rating.

False advertising off brand and doesn't kill anything

For reasons unknown to us, a couple of months ago our kitchen began to buzz with many large & tiny flies interested in whatever food crumbs they could find. As the numbers increased, we had to take action. We considered "slow-death" approaches (fly paper, poison, traps) and in our research we came across this Zapper. Well constructed, attractive and reasonably priced. Within 2 weeks of 24/7 usage, we were fly-free! The proof of effectiveness is clearly indicated by the instantly zapped remains in the removable tray. We positioned it 3 feet off the ground in the dining room, sitting on a wooded crate with front & back exposed to maximize the effect.We happen to notice that the Zapper is from the same people who produced our motion-sensing Aspectek Yard Sentinel Pest Repeller (the version w/ strobe light)...an invaluable critter repeller for our car. Prompted by chewed fan belts and wiring, our (we call it) "Pestzilla" protects under the hood when we're at home. Rather than use the AC adapter, we clipped it off and attached battery clips (last time we checked, a car battery power cord is available).Pestzilla has been performing flawlessly for 3 1/2 years, another testament to the product's quality.Kudos to the designer & manufacturer!

This is not only the wrong plug for the UK but its the wrong voltage so it will trip your electricity switch.Absolute nightmare trying to send this back as its not an Amazon return and the nearest place to return was miles away. Had to get a taxi there cos its so off the beaten track. .Also it comes from LAS VEGAS.Still waiting for my refund.disappointed as I thought I was ordering from Amazon direct.
