I received the product and it was a couple of weeks before it was needed due to the weather being nice and no rain. upon using it for the first time I found that a bottom clip was missing. At the time I thought well no big deal, I will call the manufacturer and get them to send me one as I am quite sure it only cost a few pennies, after all it's a cheap plastic clip. They decided it was a great opportunity to anger a customer and not provide the part that was paid for in the initial order. They actually wanted to argue the point. Their point was hat since it was Amazon that sold it, it's Amazons problem. Well never mind that the manufacturer made it and put it in the box it was shipped in so they are the ones who left the part out. It speaks to very poor quality control!! I know that the manufacturer boxed it because Discount Ramps and the model number of the product were printed on the outside of the box and you can easily tell the box was specifically designed for that product. This company needs to take a hard look at quality control and the people answering the phones at customer service. I mean come on!!! They left out a part. Their bad, it only costs a few cents, deal with it. give the paying customer what they paid for and move on but NO lets anger a customer and get a bad review for other prospective buyers to see and lose more customers than the one they just now lost. And yes that includes ANYTHING they sell! Smart! Brilliant! I KNOW THAT I WILL NEVER PURCHASE FROM THEM AGAIN EVER!!!!!!!!!Footnote: It rained for the first time since I received my replacement cover and it never rained on the original one. Well today my Rolly got absolutely SOAKING WET!!! It begs the question what the manufacturer is selling this cover for...... LOOKS???? DON'T BUY THIS PRODUCT. I WILL BE LUCKY IF MY ROLLY ISNT DESTROYED FROM ALL THE WATER RUNNING OUT OF IT!!!

We transport Mom’s 3-wheel scooter several times a week on a lift attached to be back of our vehicle, and I’m delighted with this new cover! It’s lighter and sheds water much better than our previous (vinyl drawstring) cover, and is very easy to secure. The Velcro splits at the corners are genius, and the two long straps (which I secure in a criss-cross fashion underneath the lift platform) give me confidence that the cover will be secure during highway travel. The cover’s generous size makes it very easy to install, as it covers the scooter as well as the lift mechanism.

There are long straps and there are places to run straps through but there's no instructions on how best to do this. I did use this cover on a trip from LA to San Diego and it worked very well however it was a struggle to get the straps connected and latched. Also there is no way to deal with the excess straps that hang out from the latches. That also made it more difficult struggle having to bend over and figure out what to do with the excess strap. I did not want to cut it off because I'm not sure if I am actually using the straps properly since there are no instructions.

I haven't used this outside in bad weather, but I had to go ahead & write a review because I was so very impressed with how heavy duty & well made this cover is. If it falls apart (as it apparently has for another reviewer), I'll update this review. Right now, I'm very impressed. It has numerous places to attach it to the scooter carrier, and it has straps to cinch it up around the scooter. I have a Pacesaver Espree and it fits perfectly. I'm so p,eased, especially after seeing the garbage from other sellers.

The first couple of trips it was amazing but the inner lining started to peal off. The company was amazing and sent me a replacement, so I will pray this performs better.

Looks good and covers our ebikes pretty well. We will be giving it a good test in a few days as it will be on our bikes on the back of our camper for 10 days.
