Product mostly matches preview images, still happy with purchase
When buying hand-painted art online, there's always a risk that the product you receive will be different enough that it is unsatisfying. The product I received was fairly close to the preview images, but just different enough to be a little bit disappointing. The biggest difference is that the preview image seems to show a 'dirty' background to the image, with light grays and browns throughout to break up the large empty white-space of the canvas. The painting I actually received didn't seem to have these extra touches, so the stark white of the unpainted sections of the canvas really stand out. I'm still pretty happy with the piece, and you can see my pics to decide if it's close enough for your tastesThe paintings are on real stretched canvas, so that the image continues continuously around the sides of the canvas (a lot of other sellers paint the edges a flat color which ends up looking tacky in my opinion). I would recommend hanging the pieces on canvas art hooks rather than trying to fuss around with screw or nail mounts.Shipping was very fast, and the packaging was sufficient to keep the item from being damaged.I would still recommend this piece if you are looking for quality hand-painted art at a good price, as long as you understand the amount of variation you might receive.
