I have sensitive armpits and I so apprecite that they make an option without baking soda as that always leads to my armpits turning red and itchy. I love the smell and have found it's quite effective in keeping a pleasant odor all day, even if work is a bit stressful and hectic. Some natural deodorants can be pretty sticky, such as Schmidt's, as can leave a yellowing residue over time. I have been using this brand for about a year now and it continues to my favorite for longevity, consistency, and not harmful to my skin. Plus the smell is dreamy without making me feel like I smell some fruit punch nonsense. (Anybody else remember Teen Spirit Berry Blossom deodorant? Aahah!)

I love this deodorant! It goes on pretty smoothly and keeps you dry. This is one of only 2 aluminum-free deodorant brands that actually work! I’ve tried tons of different brands. This keeps the stink away even until the next day! It also doesn’t irritate my sensitive skin like other aluminum-free deodorants do. You will be very pleased with this.

I've tired 4 other clean deodorants and this one is my favorite. Lavender has a nice scent without being overwhelming, it smells very similar to essential oils. This brand is pretty clean compared to other on the market. Of course it doesn't prevent sweat because there isn't antiperspirant in it. It glides on smoothly however it can be crumbley which is a tad annoying.I took off one star because I feel like the design can be better. When I get to the end I feel like there's a bit of deodorant left. Yes you can take it out and rub it on your pits but that's annoying. With that said..... I'm still sticking with it, it works well, it's clean and best of all it works well.

I personally enjoy using this deodorant. I wanted to switch to something with minimal ingredients and no fragrance. This was perfect! I even tested it out at disney world in the spring humidity and no smell here. I have always had problems finding a deodorant to mask the natural odor and to be honest with everyone it takes work, your problems will not be fixed with just a deodorant.1st: understand the difference between a deodorant and an antiperspirant. A deodorant is meant to deodorize aka anti smell/mask the smell, NOT to stop sweating. An antiperspirant is meant to stop perspiration/sweating.2nd: you need to have a good underarm routine. I keep mine as simple as possible because let's be realistic, we don't have a lot of time in the morning. I prefer the morning but this can be done any time of day when needed. So here's the routine: in the shower use your preferred body wash, then a physical scrub (ie. Sugar scrub/salt scrub) but make sure there is no oil in the ingredients because that can leave a film on your underarms. My favorite scrub at the moment is from Odele. After the scrub I cleanse again but this time with the Lume acidified body wash (I use the tangerine scent but there is also lavender). And that's it. After the shower, dry your pits and apply the simply unscented deodorant (I have not tried this with the scented options because I have had bad experiences with the scent mixing with my natural odor). With that routine I have no issues for minimum 12 hours.That being said to get better deodorant coverage of your underarms, apply it normally and then rub it in with your fingertips to cover any hard to apply areas.Hope this helps some pits in need!

Ever since I read about the inadvisability of blocking the pores from which perspiration leaves the body and the questionable daily use of aluminum (I don't know for sure if either/both of these are true, but I'd rather not play around with an area of the body which contains so many lymph nodes), I've been on the hunt for a natural deodorant that works.The crystals didn't work AT ALL. None of the myriad number of deodorants worked (well, one other one did SOMETHING), until I found this one.This WORKS. For me (and I am using the unscented vegan, sensitive skin variety, which I suspect may not even be as effective as the regular skin type kind) this not only keeps me from any unseemly odors for a day, it will actually work into the next day!Now, as they say, YMMV. Everyone's body has unique biochemistry and maybe you won't get quite as good results as I have. That's impossible for me to say.However, of the literally dozens of natural deodorants on the market, this, for me, is by FAR the best!One caveat: If you are using this right out of the shower, don't dry your underarms. If you do, it will not go on smoothly. If I have not just showered, I run a little water on the deodorant before I use it and that ensures that it glides on easily.Maybe this isn't true for the other varieties. I haven't tried them.However, if you were taking it camping or something, that might be an issue.Last, but *definitely* not least, no versions are tested on animals! Yay! Snoopy HappyDance!Bearing in mind that NO deodorant (natural or otherwise) is going to be as effective as a combination antiperspirant/deodorant, I believe that this is the best deodorant currently on the market!

I really want to like these but they just didn’t work for me it went on smooth the smells were ok the patchouli smell was kind gross so over all it just did work for me.

I've been looking for months to find a product that works and has a good scent. Lasts all day and I don't have to reply. Tried a couple different scents and love them all.
