A great rugged phone easy to set up and has a great battery life. For a low priced phone it's great.

It started OK, a few issues with auto restarting. Then came the random screen freezes into month 3/4 then the flickers - once again random, then the lock out IN THE MIDDLE OF AN EMERGENCY. Not being able to answer incoming calls. Then - total lock out. Reset did not work. The only thing this is might be good for would be to hammer a nail into wood. Not a brand I would trust at all! - AvoidOne other thing to note.... Where are the responses from the company to the multiple issues people have had? I think this gives a clear indication of the levels of service you can expect!

I bought this phone to be used with gloved hands - either when hiking, skiing or motorcycling. It's a great phone, very rugged and battery life seems to be holding up to the description. It works great on the apps I bought it to use with. Unfortunately, as a rugged / waterproof phone I would really have expected it to work with gloves, and it sort of doesn't (I think it depends on the humidity). Anyway - my motorcycle gloves have touch screen tips on the fore finger and thumb, and the screen recognises the touch less than 10% of the time.Just to bear in mind if you're thinking of using the phone with gloves...

Robust but stylish with excellent camera. Very easy to set up. Perfect for my needs in any mobile phone. For a supposedly budget phone it knocks the socks off any major brand equivalent. Just perfect.

I bought this phone and overall it's a good phone. It's heavy and has a great battery life but the only negative I have found is that the phone screen will glitch and start going up and down really fast and the only way of stopping it is by locking and unlocking your phone. Not the end of the world but can be frustrating if doing a long text or email.

I laid a complain about my phone and a new one has been sent as a replacement. I really love the phone and really don't see myself using any other. It's solid and priceless. Thanks to umidigi team

So reviewing this device 6 months on. As a product it is well constructed and certainly meets these credentials as a rugged phone. A quality build. It is heavier than a normal mobile for obvious reasons and has a very pleasant screen experience. That said the screen bleeds checker board outline squares in the screen display so light colours accentuate these-obviously not supposed to happen so a screen defect. The screen also lost colour and became mono chromatic around the borders for a day and then reverted-another screen defect. Finally when using the phone via internet applications the screen suddenly flickers and starts to jump between the home screen, other pages and functions of the phone-yet another screen defect. This is disappointing as I was really giving this phone the benefit of the doubt as it is nice to use-but unfortunately a screen is an important feature so in my mind this phone fails in its key object. Here is the rub-now this has happened 6 months after I have purchased this amazon say I now have to return this directly to the seller. Which is unhelpful since a) this leaves me without a phone and b) This is on China. Despite this being dispatched by Amazon therefore would argue by contract is wit the provider of the phone and dispatcher which Amazon is. Also finger print reader function is poor so don't buy it with the expectation this will work effectively. So now stuck with, only unless I had in county support to help me with it breaking 6 months after I bought it.

Trying to get in contact with the manufacturer. Hasn't responded to an E-mail for 3 days now. Was more than happy with the phone. After 4 months no issues and suddenly the phone started to reset constantly until the battery dies. Theres nothing you can do, as it starts to load it turns off again and as I said this repeats until the battery dies. Charge and turn on, same issue applies. Should not have this problem so soon after purchase.
