Q: Why is batter not sticking?

It is too hot! I noticed if I turn it off when I’m just about done with a previous crepe it cools down just enough to allow the batter to stick. If not it bubbles like crazy and batter won’t cover the entire surface

Q: Is it free pfia? past the sgs test? can use in usa ? 120v

I am in the US using this and yes it’s 120V with US plug. I don’t know about pfia and sgs though.

Q: Can you make an omelette?

I would say no, as there is no edge to hold the egg on the surface. Also, it cooks so quickly, you won't have time to add any other ingredients.
