I love this pizza peel for my outdoor pizza oven. When I fold out the handle, it secures firmly with a few twists. When I need to store it, it folds back up - saving space.

We specifically researched and then purchased a pizza launcher that had perforation (holes). At first, we thought we made a mistake and thought the dough might get stuck in the holes. Nope, no issues. Make sure to use cornmeal on the bottom for an even better pizza launch. This launcher works great and I love that it folds up for better storage.

This is a compact, perforated aluminum peel that has a clever handle folding mechanism. It’s great for my small kitchen, and for the size pizzas I like to make. If you have an electric home pizza oven or other countertop oven, this peel will most likely fit them, so don’t be put off by its smaller size.I’ve seen reviews for other folding peels where buyers have lost the small parts that are needed to affix the handle to the rest of the peel, and those experiences almost put me off buying a folding peel entirely. This peel solves that problem. The peel feels solid in my hands, and the weight feels just right (not too heavy, not too lightweight). Yes, you have to hand wash it, but if you have other aluminum cookware or kitchen utensils, you know the routine.

This is a real innovative idea. Pizza peels have to be long and usually take up lots of space, but this one folds.As a peel, it worked fine. It was a bit large for my small oven and was hard to turn the pizza because it was square and the size of the oven space. However, it did a great job of getting the pizza on and off without sticking.

This makes our pizza nights at home so easy. My husband usually rolls his eyes at “extra” kitchen stuff I purchase, but every time he uses this he says how much he loves it and how much easier it makes transferring the pizza.

I had my doubts about this based on the price compared to other paddles, but the fact is you can maneuver the wand and the overall construction of the paddle feels solid so at $25, it's kind of crazy.We're using it in a commercial setting for a Merry Chef oven and have been for about a week, so we'll see how it holds up over time, but as of right now, pretty excited about this find.

About as simple as it gets: unscrew the collar, pivot the handle out, tighten the collar to hold the handle in place. There were very thoughtful and elaborate instructions for anyone who had trouble with that. It has a great tapered but not sharp front edge, light weight, and has a great finish. It worked great for sliding pizzas into my little Gosney pizza oven, rotating them, and bringing them back in side. I always flour the bottom of my crusts well but had no issues with stickage as I had with my other serving peel.
